In the interest of gaining more members and characters on the site, the staff has decided to update the site rules. Original characters are now permitted. HOWEVER, there are stipulations involved in the creation of original characters. Those wishing to create an original character must understand the following:
- The maximum number of characters per writer/account is three (3).
- In order to write an original character, you must already have claimed and written the bio for at least one character from the canon list.
- Original characters can ONLY be Downworlders or mundanes. The only way you can make a Shadowhunter is if they are one of the characters from the canon list, which can and will continue to be updated with new characters as the main plot line calls for them. If there aren't Shadowhunters available at the time you want to make one, be patient. I will most likely be adding more in the near future; I'm already working on character concepts for some Lightwood cousins and maybe a few Dempseys. But as of now, the creation of OC Shadowhunters is not allowed. NO EXCEPTIONS.
