World's Apart is an Intermediate to Advanced RP based on the science-fiction show, Falling Skies. The story picks up around the time of Season 2. Tom Mason has been missing for several months after going aboard an alien ship at the behest of a harnassed Karen. The Second Massachusetts Militia are still fighting the good fight against the invading alien army. Other survivors have banded together in similar ways, one in particular group is located in Westborough, Massachusetts.
The war is only just beginning.
Worlds Apart has many canon characters to choose from as well as site created canons to give you more choice. Other characters from the show that are not on the canon list are allowed, so long as they are alive at the beginning of Season 2. The story will be somewhat AU so you can take control of your chosen characters destiny.
